Something to do after the movie?

Michael Moore recently showed Fahrenheit 9/11 to a focus group of undecided
voters in
Michigan. After watching the movie, they were undecided no longer: "We found
that if you
entered the theater on the fence, you fell off it somewhere during those two
hours,"
Moore told the New York Times[1]. "It ignites a fire in people who had given
up."

"It ignites a fire in people who had given
up."

More than 110,000 MoveOn members will see the movie this weekend. But tens of
thousands
of other Americans who aren't part of a group like MoveOn will walk out of
Fahrenheit
9/11 wondering what THEY can do to help defeat George W. Bush.

We need to be there to invite them to join in local efforts to win back the
White House.

Please sign up to help us pass out flyers to Fahrenheit 9/11 moviegoers this
weekend:

 http://www.moveonpac.org/f911/flyeringsurvey.html

We'll hand out flyers that tell moviegoers about the house parties happening all
over the
country on Monday evening as part of "Turn Up the Heat," Monday's national town
meeting
with Michael Moore. At the parties, joined together in a virtual town meeting,
we'll lay
out the specific things they can do in their community to make an impact on
Election Day.

Two things are clear about this election: 1) it's going to be decided by
grassroots,
people-to-people voter education, registration, and mobilization efforts; and 2)
to win,
we need more people involved in those efforts.

This movie is one of the greatest opportunities we'll have between now and
November to
get new folks involved. The powerful footage in this film is going to outrage
many, many
people. They'll be looking for ways to take action -- and we'll be there to
connect them
to other like-minded people in their community.

Let's use this film to spark an organized wave of on-the-ground activism
powerful enough
to change the course of the country! Sign up now to flier at:

See you at the movies!

Thank you again for all that you do,

Sincerely,
