Another Pakistani suicide bomber blews himself up in Afghanistan, Kandahar
PESHAWAR: About 70 fighters heralded the death of Bahaar Khan, a 26-year-old resident of Shabqadar to his family, who had blown himself up besides killing many US-led forces in Kandahar, Afghanistan some days back.
Well-placed sources told that on Friday morning about 70 fighters visited the house of Bahaar Khan, alias Abu Bakkar, located in Shabqadar, Morran Kuroona located at a distance of 15 km from Peshawar, and informed his family about his death and burial in Kandahar, Afghanistan. They further said the fighters informed his family that Bahaar in a suicide attack killed about 12 US-led forces in Kandahar, Afghanistan some days back after which his funeral prayer was held and buried in Kandahar and that his family would get his luggage soon.
Sources informed the 26-year-old Bahaar son of Bahadur, hailing from the Haleemzai tribe had been fighting with the US-led forces in Afghanistan for the last two years and was the strong supporter of Taliban, whose aim was to fight Jihad and embrace Shahadat (martyrdom).
“Fateha Khwani for the departed soul of Bahaar, alias Abu Bakkar is going on in the area and people from all walks of life have been visiting his house to participate in the Fateha,” sources said.
It is to be mentioned here that one Aminullah son of Janat Khan, hailing from Haleemzai, Shabqadar had also blown himself up along with another suicide bomber while ramping their explosives-packed vehicle into the other vehicle in Kandahar that killed two Canadian soldiers including eight sustained severe injures.
