French 'terror' warning stopped Dakar Rally

French president Sarkozy - warning via his counterintelligence agency DST of which he since 2002 still is the boss - stopped the Paris-Dakar rally. And all major media in the world had the 'al Qaeda threats': "They scored a media victory without firing a shot," said Louis Caprioli, a former assistant director at the french DST.

FPF - Sat. 5 January 2008 - In Africa, Europe and elsewhere, eyebrows are raised again concerning action taken by the French ruling group. Referring to the two December attacks in Mauritania: one on a French family and one on three soldiers, french 'president' Sarkozy* and his 'gofers' from the french 'secret service' DST, in cooperation with local CIA officials who are since 2004 in Mauritania - blamed what they said was a 'terror threat' on some 'Algerian al-Qaida cell.' So the Dakar rally in the last minute was stopped.
HALTING IT, SECURED MAXIMUM GLOBAL PUBLICITY, SINCE NEARLY EVERYBODY INTERESTED ON EARTH KNOWS THE DAKAR RALLY.
"Following several consultations with the French government and taking into account its firm recommendations, the organizers of the Dakar have taken the decision to cancel the 2008 edition of the rally." they said in a statement. As a senior and independent Africa correspondent who worked for ten years in the area, I'm not saying that those December attacks mentioned before were 'false flag' operations by people who profited from the world wide publicity. But what I see, is that - if the 'al Qaeda attacks' were not CIA-fabricated like the inside job of 9/11 an many more - these killings in Mauritania at least were used to scare many again with 'al Qaeda' in a try to keep the global fear up.
Mauritanian forces, hunting the killers of French tourists and government soldiers, earlier said that they are unconvinced by a claim 'al Qaeda' launched the attacks, even though (CIA/DST) analysts in the region say there is little doubt...
What one always should wonder about, is the method to use the fictitious 'al Qaeda' for attacking all resistance to the US/UK junta's global rule: "You are either for us or against us." Which of course is very totalitarian and inhuman, and must be fought as the resistance everywhere does. But the usual French and Mauritanian 'officials' confirmed: ''The cell is linked to the Algeria-based al-Qaeda in Islamic North Africa, which has claimed responsibility for a series of deadly attacks.'' they said. What attacks? When, where and against whom? Where is the evidence from those they say have done it? And who profits from those attacks? Not the people as far as I have seen. On the contrary.
SARKOZY WARNED EXPLICITLY
Mr. Patrice Clerc, who heads the 'Amaury Sport Organization', the company that organizes the Dakar rally, told the major media's AP (now: Assorted Propaganda) that the threats against the rally - according to Sarkozy and his DST secret service - ''came from al-Qaeda's North Africa wing. AP wrote that: "Mr. Clerc conveyed the French government warned explicitly that the race was threatened, but did not share its intelligence."
Patrice Clerc, and many of the now financially broke participants in the Dakar rally, wonder 'why there is no proof anywhere'? They only hear Sarkozy's accusations and the 'warning' that 'al Qaeda is loose in the Maghreb too', the North African countries which are US/UK/French protectorates, and firmly in their grip. Most observers know however that Rumsfeld and the Pentagon ''Weighs Use of Deception in a Broad Arena'' and that includes Africa and thus Mauritania.*
IT COULD NOT VERIFY THE STATEMENT
The CIA's fake publicity department* didn't make it any better by having their al Arabiya Radio/TV station broadcast some strange audio recording in which somebody - who was said to be a spokesman for what was called 'al Qaeda's North African branch' - claimed they had killed the four (not three?) Mauritanian soldiers, but made no mention of the French. According to Reuters: "Details in the statement differed from those given by the Mauritanian authorities, and the Gulf TV station said it could not verify the statement was indeed from al Qaeda.
Security sources in Mauritania's capital Nouakchott said al Qaeda was just one line of inquiry. They said the attackers may have been armed smugglers who traffic drugs, weapons and people over poorly policed borders deep in the Sahara." [*]
The Dakar rally was to have begun today, Saturday, in Lisbon in Portugal, ending Jan. 20 in Dakar in Senegal. From the 11th until 19 January the rally was supposed to be held in Mauritania. Mauritania's foreign minister slammed the decision to scrap the race. "This decision has no relationship with the actual security situation in Mauritania, a country that has always been stable and peaceful," said Foreign Minister Babah Sidi Abdallah.*
KOUCHNER: WE ARE WARNING THEM, IT'S DANGEROUS
Sarkozy's 'collaborateur', the french Foreign Minister, Bernard Kouchner, who really is bad for human beings, said he did not want to "stigmatize" Mauritania, but of course backed the deceptive choir and 'warned' of the risks "in a very uncertain region and one crossed by the networks of al-Qaeda in North Africa: We simply want those who risk a lot to benefit from our information," Kouchner told RTL radio. "We are warning them: It's dangerous." [ ]
What is dangerous to not only the Dakar rally but to human beings in general, is the financial cartel of the warlords in London, which also Kouchner and Sarkozy represent, and which apparently thought it would be good PR, and a nice deceptive plan to halt the Dakar rally. "They scored a media victory without firing a shot," said Louis Caprioli, a former assistant director at the french DST.
And by the way: the first time in ten 'Maghreb years' I was asked to report about the Paris Dakar rally, was also the last. Basis of the story was the fact that a million dollar costing ambulances would fly by the huts of poor people, the sand and dust slowly settling on their heads, food and roofs. And those poor people, seeing the Dakar rally ambulances, were for instance not even able to pay for an aspirin when they had a headache. And many of those people - for instance in Mauritania or Senegal where the US' and other multinationals have been for years - see that the cost of living has gone up everywhere, and live expectancy down. Take the price of wheat, it has gone up 75% lately. In a country where by foreign multinationals uranium is mined and oil is drilled...
MAURITANIA FALLEN INTO THE CLAWS OF THE WORLD BANK TOO
The World Bank, one of the worst criminal orgnisations of this financial cartel, follows the usual agenda and bought and enslaved Mauretania too, in the beginning of December last year: "On the basis of its financing needs the partners undertook to provide external assistance valued at $2.104 billion to finance Mauritania's 2008-2010 development plan," the World Bank said in a statement. The economy of the Saharan Islamic state, which straddles Arab and black Africa, counts fish, livestock, and iron ore among its main products. It also has offshore oil reserves that promise to revolutionise the economy.'' And Mauretania will never be able to pay back the usurers of the World Bank.
From a personal point of view, the sell out of Mauretania and this stopping of the Dakar rally is for the participants - and the friends I have in Mauritania - a very bad and expensive thing. They'll suffer and many will financially go broke, but not yet the criminal humanoids everywhere, who are responsible for all the misery.
However: their nightmare is coming too.
Because people want revenge.
And they'll get it...
